Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "fu66", "we", "us", "our" refers to the fu66 platform and its operating entity, which provides online sports betting, live casino, and slot gaming services to eligible players.
• "Platform" means the fu66 website accessible at fu66.io, including all sub-pages, mobile-optimised versions, and any future applications operated under the fu66 brand.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses the Platform, registers an account, or places a wager or game stake through fu66.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration, through which all fu66 services are accessed.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all fu66 accounts are denominated and all financial transactions are processed.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any amount of BDT staked by a Player on a sports event, casino game, or other gaming product available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposit amounts credited to a Player's account pursuant to a fu66 promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before any winnings derived from those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process fu66 may require a Player to complete before processing a withdrawal or at any other time at fu66's discretion.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the fu66 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the fu66 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you hold an Account, request its closure by contacting [email protected].

fu66 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Where amendments are material, fu66 will provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account.

Account Registration

To access the full range of fu66 services, you must register a personal Account. Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under a false identity, or using a third party's details — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number capable of receiving BDT mobile banking transactions. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times.

fu66 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons. Account registration is void where prohibited by applicable law.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be the sole and beneficial owner of the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of fu66.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, either with fu66 or any other gaming operator, at the time of registration.
• You must not be registering on behalf of any third party or for commercial purposes.

Age Verification

fu66 operates a strict 21+ policy. Access to all real-money gaming and betting services on the Platform is restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all Players regardless of the jurisdiction in which they are located.

fu66 may request age verification documents at any stage, including at registration, before processing a first withdrawal, or at any other time at fu66's sole discretion. Deposits & Withdrawals

All fu66 Accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fu66 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and select Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit across all methods is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500.

Deposits via mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to the Player's Account instantly following confirmation of the transaction by the relevant mobile financial services provider. Deposits via bank card or bank transfer may take up to 24 hours to be reflected in the Account balance.

Withdrawals are processed to the same BDT wallet or bank account used for the most recent qualifying deposit on the Account. fu66 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment instruments not previously used for a deposit on the same Account.

• Standard withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are processed within 5 to 30 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• fu66 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees independently of fu66.
• Withdrawals may be subject to KYC verification prior to processing. fu66 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification.
• fu66 reserves the right to impose maximum withdrawal limits per transaction, per day, and per calendar month. Current limits are displayed in the Player's Account dashboard.

Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on fu66 are subject to the specific sport rules and market rules published on the Platform at the time the bet is placed. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and a specific sport or market rule, the specific rule shall prevail for that wager.

fu66 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a technical or human error; (b) the event to which the bet relates is subsequently found to have been subject to match fixing or integrity compromise; (c) the bet was placed after the relevant event or market had already concluded; or (d) the bet was placed using a method that exploits a system error or pricing anomaly.

In-play bets are accepted subject to the real-time availability of the relevant market. fu66 does not guarantee continuous market availability during live events and accepts no liability for the temporary suspension or unavailability of in-play markets due to data feed interruptions or operational requirements.

Casino Games

All casino games available on fu66 — including live dealer games powered by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, and slot games from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and other providers — use certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer protocols as applicable. Each game's return-to-player (RTP) percentage is independently tested and certified.

Game malfunction voids all pays and plays. In the event of a technical failure during a game round, fu66 will use available server-side records to determine the outcome of the affected round and will credit or void the relevant stake accordingly. fu66's decision in respect of technical malfunctions is final.

Progressive jackpot prizes displayed on the Platform represent estimated values and are subject to the specific jackpot rules of the relevant game provider. fu66 is not responsible for discrepancies between displayed and awarded jackpot amounts where the jackpot system is administered by a third-party provider.

Bonuses & Promotions

fu66 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.

Unless stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all fu66 promotions:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may only be used for wagering on the Platform. Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn directly.
• Winnings generated from Bonus Funds are added to the bonus balance until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been met, at which point the qualifying amount transfers to the Player's real-money balance and becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Any remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not met the Wagering Requirement at the time of expiry will be removed from the Account without compensation.
• fu66 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where circumstances require.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim a single promotion, collusion between Players, or the systematic exploitation of bonus offers — will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings and may result in Account closure.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fu66 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, the forfeiture of any Account balance, and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without human oversight.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing anomalies, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Sharing Account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to access or operate your Account.
• Engaging in or facilitating match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation.
• Using the Platform in a manner that disrupts its operation or the experience of other Players.
• Attempting to access the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymising service for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or account suspensions.

Account Suspension & Closure

fu66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where fu66 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform; (c) the Account is subject to an active law enforcement inquiry; or (d) the Account holder has requested self-exclusion.

Where an Account is closed by fu66 due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any balance remaining in the Account may be withheld pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited entirely.

Players who wish to close their own Account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting fu66 support at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to any pending KYC requirements.

Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability

fu66 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. fu66 will use reasonable endeavours to maintain Platform availability but accepts no liability for losses arising from periods of unavailability due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances outside fu66's reasonable control.

Amendments to These Terms

fu66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they affect Player rights or obligations in a significant way — fu66 will provide at least 14 days' notice by publishing a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending an email to the address registered on each affected Account.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning of a provision, or additions of new product-specific rules for new Platform features) may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.

The effective date at the top of the document indicates when the current version came into force. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. fu66 operates as an online entertainment platform and makes no representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and fu66, the Player should first contact fu66 support at [email protected] with full details of the complaint. fu66 will acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and aims to resolve all disputes within 14 business days. fu66's decision on all disputes relating to game outcomes, bet settlements, and bonus eligibility is final, subject to the complaint resolution process described in this section.
